Ingredients:
1) Cook rice in rice steamer or add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil on stove. Reduce heat and cover. When rice is fluffy, put it in a serving dish.
2) Heat 1 tablespoon of oil with crushed garlic in wok or large pan on stove. Cut chicken into bite-size strips and add to pan. Heat until chicken is cooked through.
3) Add stir fry vegetables according to package directions. Add soy sauce or teriyaki sauce according to taste. To serve, top rice with vegetables and chicken and eat immediately.
